PDFSharp is a convenient PDF creating and editing tool that anyone can use. It might not look user-friendly, but it is more accessible than you might think.

PDFSharp does preview PDF files and edits them as well. However, it does not convert them to other file formats. You can use third-party applications to do this, however.

Invoke Adobe Reader to Print
PDFSharp cannot print files on its own. To use PDFSharp to print PDF files, you’ll need to invoke Adobe Reader.
PDFSharp has instructions for how to do this on their website. They do not allow for many “out-of-the-box” functions in their programming. However, they do provide resources to help you perform these functions.
Limit Font and Language Options
When you use PDFSharp, know that your font and language will be somewhat limited. At this time, PDFSharp.
The program also cannot support most right-to-left languages. Hebrew does work with some trickery, but; Chinese, Japanese, and Korean do not.
PDFSharp currently only supports simple languages such as English, Spanish, or German.
